Brighter Directions celebrating at the Women In Business awards at the Savoy in London
We have been lucky enough to get to know the beautiful and talented business woman, otherwise known as head-honcho from Zars Media – Afi – over the past years through various commercial events.
This year, we were honoured to have been invited to the glamourous WIS Awards (Women in Sales) awards, managed by none other than Afi, held at the Savoy hotel in London on the 5th December, after one of our sales girls was a prestigious finalist in the previous year.
Having attended (and won) lots of awards in the past, we knew what to expect and were very much looking forward to networking with some high calibre business women (and men) to celebrate the sales industry and indeed everyone who is part of the commercial development team..
I must say, this was one of the best organised and enjoyable awards events we have attended; the entertainment was simply superb, with everything from Burlesque dancers, to (great for the women… and the men!) and the variety to appeal to all tastes. The attendees were everyone from corporate giants (Bacardi/ Pepsi) through to smaller ambitious businesses that are making their mark in the business world.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and we even walked away with a couple of enquires to boot!
We are really looking forward to next year’s event and have already recommended to a few of our clients and associates who we know would welcome the opportunity to be involved with such a wonderful event and team!
