Climate change is an important topic that reaches across every country in the world, and begs the action, what can you do about climate change?
There is no escaping that our climate is changing, and affects the weather we have, rising sea levels and changes in health across the UK.
Scientists around the globe have been researching climate change for many years, using super computer models and simulators to determine the effect it will have on our future environment.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) was set up in 1988 to asses information on climate change and its impact.
A recent report concluded that serious consequences will be clear as soon as ten years time, with polar ice caps a strong talking point in the media at the moment.
