Recruitment is a tough game, so much so that (we think) video may be the new way forward – why shouldn’t candidates think outside the box and use state-of-the-art technology to enhance profile and possibly get that ‘dream job ahead of hundreds of other applicants who have similar education and experience?
After some investigating, we found a new tool called Adcaster is a multi-functional video job board – it enables recruitment agencies to promote candidates through the use of video CV’s which can also be supported by recorded and hard-copy versions for future reference.
Sadly, even the best written CV can lack personality, so anything that can increase visibility and give someone a helping hand to get on the career ladder is a great thing, surely?
