Regeneration Scheme – Clay Cross, Chesterfield.
Work started last month on the £22 million scheme to bring employment and visitors to Clay Cross in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
The designs include a new Tesco superstore, retail units as well as a brand new bus station and link road during the first phase of the development.
More than 450 jobs are expected to be created within the region from the Tesco store alone, which is due to open in February 2011.
