By now, most of us have heard about the drama surrounding HMV where an ex-employee took to Twitter to raise his discontent at being made redundant from his job in one of the UK HMV music stores.

HMV has been struggling with its online backlash since announcing going into receivership. Despite its account announcing that 60 jobs has been laid off, Deloitte who is managing the administration confirmed that 190 jobs had been cut.
HMV has since regained control over the account and removed the employee posts, but has the damage to the company already been done?
