A recent email alert from Business Link & EMB notified that if you’ve benefited from face to face support from a Business Link Adviser in the last three years, you have received what’s referred to as De-Minimis state aid.
There is no need to make any declaration about the receipt of this aid unless you are planning to apply for other De-Minimis state aid as there is a ceiling of 200,000 Euros (approx £175,800 as at Oct 2011) for all De-Minimis aid provided to any one company in any 3 financial years.
The average support provided to a client that has been intensively assisted by a Business Link Adviser is, 569 Euros(approx £500 as at Oct 2011).
