The Apprentice Learner survey is a new report showing that Britains apprenticeships are getting promoted internally through the companies initially offered training through and taking on more responsibility within the workplace.
Key findings include:
- 8 out of 10 believe their apprenticeships has improved job ability
- 9 out of 10 apprentice (89%) rising to 92% were satisfied completers
- 1/3 finished apprenticeships received a promotion in their job
- Almost half (47%) has already recommended apprenticeships to others
