WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE WE HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED AS FINALISTS FOR THE NATIONAL PRESTIGIOUS BESMA AWARDS – BRITISH EXCELLENCE IN SALES AND MARKETING Winning over thousands of other applicants, Brighter Directions proved just what makes them stand out from the crowd!
Brighter Directions were nominated by providing an excellent service to existing clients across the UK and was honoured to be shortlisted for the British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards upon nomination in 2 categories including ‘best sales team’ and ‘best customer service team’
Having completed the shortlisting, feedback on what constitutes an excellent entry included:
•Were the right length – They were not so short that they offered only glimpses of excellent performance or so long that the judge had to wade through pages of information, trying to pick out the important points. The best entries clearly described the key points.
•Were specific – The best entries accompanied statements such as “X is a very high achiever” with some form of evidence or justification.
•Addressed the judging criteria – The best entries kept in mind the criteria the judges were evaluating their nomination against.
•Used the “What makes the nominee exceptional” section well – With the high standard of entries this is often the section that makes the difference, the best entries used it to demonstrate the broader skills or talents of the nominee, ideally with evidence supporting the statements.
We’d like to thank everyone that entered, the initial judging was long and difficult, but also inspiring, reading case after case of exceptional performance and achievement
The Judging Day took place on 18th March at Beaumont House in Windsor, where the judges were very complimentary about the achievements of all candidates and impressed by the quality of the finalists.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony taking place on Thursday 26th May in London. This fantastic event celebrates sales as a profession and, of course, the individual successes of those who make it on to the stage!
Wish the Brighter Directions team luck!
