Can you believe Christmas is just a few days away? Where did 2013 go?
A review of our year;
It’s been a very exciting year for Brighter Directions, we have grown our client base considerably this year being focused on not only new acquisitions but also on retaining our existing clients and partners by enhancing the service delivery and implementing news systems and communication tactics which I’m sure some of you would have been familiar with and found benefit from.
Taking on and winning new contracts, has meant that we have also taken on new enthusiastic recruits, who I am sure you have had the pleasure of meeting or speaking to over the previous months and will agree they have upheld the same quality service and ethical work you have been accustomed to.
And finally, with the help of the British Consulate and UKTI we have even started developing our export strategy creating a strong footprint into Europe and beyond – which we very much hope to develop over the next year and also pass these opportunities on to you, to help your proposition nationally and globally.
Our head office is still located in the heart of England, in Chesterfield, though we also now have a new operational office in Nottingham city and also from January, we will also have a presence in the capital of London to develop relationships with our Southern based clients and contacts.
You may have also heard our excitement as we were announced finalists for the third year running in the prestigious BESMA (British Excellence in Sales & Marketing Awards) through the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management here in the UK. The award ceremony takes place in London on the 27th February, so we have everything crossed that this is our lucky year and we will be recognised for our excellence in ‘Customer Service’ and quality offering via the ‘Team of the Year’ award.
Christmas Closing;
Our offices will close for Christmas on Friday 20th December and re-open on the 2nd January 2014.
